I offer psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and teens.
Therapy for children
I offer parent-child therapy to children between the ages of 2 - 4. In these dyadic sessions, parents and their child join me in session together.
Navigating the first years of a relationship with your child can be challenging, particularly for parents with a history of trauma, or those experiencing postpartum depression, social isolation, and grief. Together, we’ll work to foster connection, and secure attachment between you and your child.
I also offer play therapy to children ages 4 - 13. Play therapy allows children to communicate their feelings and emotions that they might not yet have the words for. One-on-one child therapy is accompanied by parent sessions.
Across all of my work with children and families, I draw on developmental, attachment, and family systems approaches to nurture growth and connection.

Therapy for adolescents and teens
Adolescence is tectonic. Beneath the surface, vast emotional and developmental forces are shifting and reshaping the terrain of selfhood. Meanwhile, we are awakening to the world’s confounding nature just as it becomes clear that we will soon have to find our own way within it. Still, we’re asked to submit our homework on time.
Therapy offers space for adolescents to process overwhelming feelings, be taken seriously, and experience a respectful, trusting relationship with an adult outside of their immediate sphere. We’ll use our time together to process emotions, learn new tools for coping and communication, explore identity, and empower them to be authentic and secure in their sense of self worth.
My work with teens and adolescents is grounded in contemporary psychoanalysis, and informed by child development frameworks, attachment theory, and family system theory.
